Our history
From one Oklahoma board meeting to a national family of brands.
- 1985
Pharmacy Providers of Oklahoma, Inc. is incorporated. The first Board of Directors meeting is held on April 18, 1985.
- 1997
Rx Linc is created to bring high-speed claim adjudication to local and regional community pharmacies, moving them from slow analog systems to modern technology.
- 2005
MaxCare enters the PBM industry to champion transparency through pass-through pricing and rebates for local employers.
- 2016
PPOk and PBA Health form Unify Rx Holding Corporation, a joint board that guides and oversees both companies.
- 2021
PPOk merges its PSAO services with Arete Pharmacy Network to create AlignRx, the nation’s largest independent PSAO.
- 2022
Stratos Insights is founded to give pharmacies personalized business intelligence built on their own data.
- 2023
MaxHaven launches to restore competitive balance in hospice pharmacy, and Clear Benefits launches to help patients navigate Medicare.
