PPOk (Pharmacy Providers of Oklahoma, Inc.) is an Oklahoma City holding company founded in 1985 by independent community pharmacists. Its family of brands (Rx Linc, MaxCare Rx, MaxHaven Rx, Stratos Insights, Clear Benefits and Fill Local Rx) serves independent pharmacies, employers and hospices across the United States.
Independent community pharmacies first. PPOk brands also serve employers that need a transparent pharmacy benefit manager, hospices that need fair medication pricing, and plan sponsors that want independent oversight of their PBM.
Not anymore. In 2021 PPOk merged its PSAO services with Arete Pharmacy Network to create AlignRx, the largest independent PSAO in the nation. PPOk remains an affiliate of AlignRx.
